This is to inform you that Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms is promoting adoption of Block Level Cluster by Exporters / Garment Manufacturers with the objective of better marketability of Handloom products and higher income to weavers. In this regard, we attach herewith the following documents:

2. List of Block level cluster products 2015-16

Hence, please send us your views on adoption of Block Level Cluster by April 15, 2016 to enable us to apprise the Ministry accordingly.
