Dear Sir/Madam,

Inviting applications from member exporters- HEPCs participation in Domotex Intl. Trade Fair in Hannover (Germany) 16-19 January, 2016 Reg.
Council invites application for participation in Domotex 2016 to be held at Hannover, Germany during 16-19 January 2016. The event is the worlds most important and largest specialized International Trade Fair for Carpets & Floor coverings.
The event participation is organized with CEPC as lead Council and details of subsidized participation charges are furnished below.
a�? Built up stand -Rs.12,000/-per sq.mtr.
a�? Bare space only -Rs.9000/-per sq.mtr. (excluding Electricity Charges)
a�? Marketing fee of Rs.971/-per sq.mtr will be charged extra

As the participation charges have already been subsidized, no further reimbursement will be provided to the participants for their participation in Domotex 2016.
Minimum size of booth offered is 12 sq.mtr and in multiples of 6 sq.mtr thereafter.
Interested member-exporters may send their application form which can be downloaded from (http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Application-FORM-International-2015-16-.pdf) for booking of space along with an advance payment of Rs.50,000/- by at par Cheque or by Demand Draft payable at Chennai in favor Handloom Export Promotion Council by 10/07/2015. Payment can also be made by bank transfer to the following account of the Council,

Booth allotment will be considered on First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis. Payment received without duly filled-in and signed application and the terms and conditions will be rejected. Amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances excepting cancellation of fair participation by HEPC.
