Sub: CVD exemption-reg.
Sir/Madam,
This is in continuation to Councils circular dated 22/042015 on the above subject.
We have been informed that based on a preliminary analysis Ministry has observed that items such as Embroidery threads, Quilted wadding materials and Fusible embroidery motifs or prints are recommended for removal of CVD exemption.
Members are therefore requested to send comments and reasons if CVD exemption has to be continued for the said items.
