Sir/Madam,
Sub: Election to the Executive Committee of the CouncilReg.

To comply with the directives issued by the Department of Commerce regarding election to the Executive Committee through e-voting process, it has been decided to convene Extraordinary General Meeting for election of member to the Executive Committee through e-voting process for all vacancies which were notified for election in the concluded 46th AGM held on 21.09.2015 and based on amended Articles of Association adopted by EGM in its meeting held on 30.01.2016.
Election of members to the position of Executive Committee of the Council will be held during the Extraordinary General Meeting at 12.00 noon on Thursday, 3rd March 2016 at Conference Hall of the Councils premises.
The number of vacancies in each of the product group that will arise as on that day are indicated below:

The guidelines and proforma of ScheduleI, II, Proxy and Summary of election programme are enclosed herewith.The procedure laid down in clause 37(g)&(h) and or the relevant clauses of the Articles of Association and Election Rules of the Council will be followed in the conduct of election.
