Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Council will be held on Thursday, 3rd March 2016 at the registered office of the Council at 12.00 Noon to transact the following business:

1. To elect members to Executive Committee through e-voting process for all vacancies which were notified for election in the concluded 46th AGM held on 21.09.2015 and based on amended Articles of Association adopted by EGM in its meeting held on 30.01.2016.
