Sub:Framing of Rules of Origin (RoO) across all HS lines-reg.
Dear Members,
We have been requested by Ministry of Textiles for inputs/views on full cumulation in the context of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) region and Product Specific Rule (PSR) for lines relevant to Handloom sector.We request Members to kindly provide inputs on the above mentioned points for onward transmission to the Ministry. Grateful if the same is provided on or before January 21, 2015.
