Sub : India Handloom Brand- Buyer Seller Meet at Hyderabad on 5th &6th of April 2016 Reg.

This is to inform that a Buyer Seller Meet is being organized at Hyderabad on 5 & 6th of April 2016, wherein India Handloom Brand registered holders will be showcasing their products. This meet is a initiative of Development Commissioner of Handlooms, with the aim of linking the Registered Suppliers of IHB with the approved partnership Retail stores, Garment manufacturers, E-Commerce partners and various buyers. This BSM is a first step to bring the approved suppliers and the Buyers, at a platform to build up the confidence of the various partners, including the E Commerce partners.

The venue & Timing of the BSM is furnished below :

Timings : 5th April 2016 – 10 A.M. -Registration – 12 Noon to 7 P.M.
6th April 2016 – 11 A.M. to 5 P.M.

The participants invited to attend the meet are as :

Approved suppliers -90 [across India -covering various categories of IHB -12 states]
The suppliers will be displaying the items ,and will carry swatches/specifications and rates.
Approved retail stores – 40 -45[govt.& private]
Approved e commerce partner (ebay,craftsvilla,weavesmart,gocoop,chasingsuns,sareez.com)
Garment manufacturers -5
Designers, etc

Products on display :

All products on display are based on the following specifications :

- 100% Natural fiber
- Eco friendly dyes
- Very high colour fastness 4 and above for normal and 3-4 for the natural dyed

During 2016-17, it is proposed to promote Indian Handloom Brand in a big way in markets abroad. Member exporters are requested to visit the BSM to explore and identify the suitability of the IHB products for export market and also for their sourcing requirements.

Interested exporters are requested to send their Name, Company name and Address by return e-mail, so as to forward the same to NHDC, New Delhi, in order to arrange fruitful interaction with IHB suppliers at the BSM.
