Sub : Inviting application for exploratory participation in Hometex & Floorex ( 7-9 June 2016), Canada – reg.
HOMETEX & FLOOREX EXHIBITION 2016 is bringing the industry leaders, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, designers, exporters, importers, property managers, hotel managers, developers, and suppliers together and provide great opportunities to develop new business relations between buyers and sellers across the globe. The products highlight carpet, rug, bedroom textiles, bathroom & kitchen textiles, upholstery & furnishing products as well as curtains & window fashion accessories. Hometex & Floorex invites around 200 exhibitors from leading countries in home textiles and flooring such as Austria, Belgium, Canada, USA, Egypt, India, Lithuania, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, China, and Bangladesh as well as other countries and the visitors are mainly from North America and South America specifically from Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia. This event is taking place from 7th 9th June 2016 at South Halls (Hall D & E) Metro Toronto Convention Center, 255 Front Street West Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5V 2W6.

About participation:
The event participation is undertaken by the council on exploratory basis availing assistance under NHDP. However, It is proposed to provide one table space each for 5 participants to display products at Hometex & Floorex (7-9 June 2016), Canada. Each participant will be given, one table and two chairs.
Participation fee:
*The Subsidised participation fee for each participant would be Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)
*Travel grant upto Rs.50000/- or actual whichever is less will be reimbursed for one person from each participant company for travel in economy class. This is subject to approval from Ministry.
*No other grant is permissible.

Eligibility :
Participants with annual export turnover of less than Rs.30 crore during 2014-15 and having minimum 12 months membership with the Council as on date will be eligible for subsidized participation charges.

Payment Details:
Interested members may send the full participation fee of Rs.25000/- towards table space rent along with application ( application downloadable from http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Application-FORM-International-2015-16-.pdf ) to the council on or before 13/05/2016.

Payment can also be made through Demand Draft/ at par multicity cheque in favour of Handloom Export Promotion Council payable at Chennai, if RTGS payment is not feasible.
Amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance except cancellation of fair participation by HEPC
Allotment will be considered on First Come First Serve basis. Last date for receipt of application & payment is 13.05.2016.
