Sub : Inviting application for exploratory participation in Index, 23-26 May 2016, at Dubai, United Arab Emirates- reg.
The Index is a show for the latest trends and products simultaneously at one place organized by M/s.dmgevents, UK, to promote fashion, everything to furnish offices, residence and hotel-rooms. Among other things, home accessories, functional furniture, upholstered furniture and carpets will be part of display. The Index will take place from Monday, 23 May to Thursday, 26 May 2016 in Dubai.

About participation:
The event participation is undertaken by the council on exploratory basis. However, It is proposed to provide a table space each for 5 participants to display products atThe Index show 2016. Each participant will be given, one table and two chairs.
Participation fee:
*The Subsidised participation fee for each participant would be Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)
*Travel grant upto Rs.50000/- or actual whichever is less will be reimbursed for one person from each participant company for travel in economy class.This is subject to approval from Ministry.
*No other grant is permissible.

Eligibility :
Participants with annual export turnover of less than Rs.30 crore during 2014-15 and having minimum 12 months membership with the Council as on date will be eligible for subsidized participation charges.
Payment Details:
Interested members may send the full participation fee of Rs.25,000/- towards space rent along with application ( application downloadable from http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Application-FORM-International-2015-16-.pdf ) to the council on or before 06/05/2016.

Payment can also be made through Demand Draft/ at par multicity cheque in favour of Handloom Export Promotion Council payable at Chennai, if RTGS payment is not feasible.
Amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance except cancellation of fair participation by HEPC
Allotment will be considered on First Come First Serve basis. Last date for receipt of application & payment is 06.05.2016.
