Sub : Inviting application for participation in Global Home Show being organised alongside New York Home Fashions Market Week ( 18-22 September 2016) , in New York, USA- Reg.
1.0 About Global show :
The publisher of Home & Textiles Today (H & TT), USA is organising 13th edition of Global Home show in conjunction with Fall’16 New York Home Fashion Market week to be held in New York. New York Home Fashions Market focuses on home textiles directed at volume retailers. Market Week takes place at home textile showrooms of Home Fashion Products Association (HFPA) member as well as additional individual showrooms. As a prelude to this market week programme, Home & Textiles Today is organising Big Market Kick-off Party at the same venue , one day prior to New York Market Week from 19th to 22nd September’2016, which will have largest gathering of industry executives, attracting nearly 300 people from across the retailing , wholesaling and importing sectors of the USA home textiles industry .

2.0 Space allotment details:

A table space for 10 participants will be provided to display their products at Global Home Show which is the only temporary exhibition show coinciding with the New York Market Week. Global Home Show is a “show in show concept” especially for those who do not have their permanent showrooms but want to tap the market opportunity in USA during New York Home Fashion Market Week and meet their existing buyers.
Each participant will be given one rectangular table, 4 chairs & one shelf
3.0 Participation fee:
The Subsidised participation fee for each participant would be Rs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety thousand only).
3.1 Application & Payment details :
Interested member exporters of handloom products may send their participation fee of Rs.90,000/- along with application (application downloadable from http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Application-FORM-International-2016-17-.pdf.) to the council on or before last date of receipt of application as stipulated in the circular. Payment has to be made through any one of the following mode of payment.
Option-1: Online payment through payment gateway
Option-2: Payment through RTGS:
Option-3: Payment through Demand Draft/at par multicity cheque in favour of Handloom Export Promotion Council payable at Chennai, if online/RTGS payment is not feasible.

Amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance except cancellation of fair participation by HEPC.
Application received without payment will be invalid.
3.2 Grant Details :
HEPC has proposed participation in this fair under National Handloom Development Programme of Office of the Development Commissioner (Handlooms).
• Member participants are entitled for participation under subsidised category availing grant only upto a maximum of three participations in a particular trade fair (including past cases).
• • Participants with annual export turnover of less than Rs.30 crore in the preceding financial year ( 2015-16) and having minimum 12 months membership with the Council will be eligible for subsidized participation charges .
• Each participant company (for one person) will also be eligible for Travel grant reimbursement of Rs.50,000/- (Economy class) or actual travel cost, whichever is less.
• Participation in only one event in a calendar month is allowed.
4.0 Selection Criteria:

Application received without payment will be invalid. Selection of participants will be considered on First come First Serve basis. However, preference will be given to India Handloom Brand registered holders and first time member participant of handloom products so that there will be at least a minimum of 30% (three) India Handloom Brand Holders / first time member exhibitors in the event provided their applications are received on or before the last date of receipt of application as stipulated in the circular.

5.0 Last date for receipt of application : 10/08/2016.
