Sub: Inviting applications from member exporters for participation in Indian Handicrafts & Gift Fair (autumn), Greater Noida, from 14-18 Oct15 Reg.

Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair (IHGF Delhi Fair) is one of the Asia’s largest gifts & handicrafts trade fair at Greater Nodia. An exhibition spread over an area of 150,000 sq. mts., featuring products of 2400 exhibitors including home furnishing textiles. The gifts and handicrafts fair along with home furnishing will help the exhibitors to set trends, generates sales, create new business opportunities and ensure success.

IHGF Autumn 2015 , is a professionally and efficiently organized show located at India Expo Centre & Mart – one of the latest and new exhibition complex, at New Delhi- Greater Noida Express way, Greater Noida.

Indian Handicrafts & Gift Fair (autumn) will be held during 14-18 October 2015. Council would be taking part with 15 member exporters in this event hiring space from EPCH. While we wait for further details from the organizer, council is inviting application for participation from member exporters. Allotment for the same will be on First Come First Serve basis only. The participation fee details are given below:

2 Participation fee per sq.mtr. applicable beyond 9 sq.mtrs. only in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs (Non subsidized) Rs.7500/- + 14% S.Tax
3 Corner stand charges (2 side open) 10% extra (Subject to availability)
4 Directory entry charges (mandatory for each participant) Rs.2000/- + 14% S.Tax
5 VAP & Media (mandatory for each participant) Rs.1000/- 14% S.Tax

* No other grant is permissible.

* Eligibility: Minimum one year membership with Council and annual FOB value in the
preceding Year (2014-15) not exceeding Rs.30 Crore

Interested Member exporters are requested to send us the payment by demand draft as per their booth size along with Application Form and Terms and conditions (click and download the international application and terms & conditions (http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Application-FORM-International-2015-16-.pdf) duly signed. Payment by D.D./Multi-city cheque for the requisite amount favouring a�?Handloom Export Promotion Councila�?, payable at Chennai. Those who have already paid the advance amount may send the balance amount. Payment can also be made by bank transfer to the following account of the Council

Please be informed that the amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances excepting in the case of non-availability of space, rejection of application or in the event of cancellation of participation by Council due to unforeseen circumstances.
