The last edition of AISF held in Melbourne with good growth prospects for textiles in New South Wales and Victoria and other adjoining states, had good number of Trade visitors from all over Australia and New Zealand. Melbourne is Australias heart of fashion and textile design and manufacturing and import trade.

PARTICIPATION FEE & GRANT DETAILS

Council is organizing this event under National Handloom Development Programme of the Development Commissioner of Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India.

As per the scheme, participants with annual export turnover of less than Rs. 30 crores in the preceding financial year will be eligible for subsidized space rent and also a travel grant upto the maximum of Rs.50,000/- or actual cost whichever is lower for one representative. Since the fair is organized under DCH Scheme, the grant will be paid to members who have completed minimum 12 months membership with the Council.

The subsidized participation fee for a standard stall of 9 sq.m. would be Rs.11,000/- per sq.m.

Any requirement of additional space over and above 9 sq.m. will be offered in multiples of 3 sq.m. Rs.23,000/- per sq.m. (non-subsidized)
Corner booth will attract 10% extra charges for total participaion fee.

Participation fees includes standard built up stall of 9 sq.m, Blueberry carpet, Fascia sign, power point, 3 Spotlights,1 lockable cupboard, 1 waste bin, 1 table and 2 chairs, Hanging rails (3 meters) OR Shelves (3 meters).

Application Form:

Interested members may send their participation fee for the required sq.m. by payment for D.D. / Multicity cheque in favour of Handloom Export Promotion Council, Chennai, along with application form (click http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Application-FORM-International-2015-16-.pdf for downloading form), so as to reach HEPC, Chennai on or before 30-09-2015.
