Subject : Inviting application for participation in Maison & Objet to be held at Paris, from 4th to 8th September 2015 Reg.

The next edition of International Home Dcor exhibition MAISON&OBJET is scheduled to be held in Paris, France during 4-8th September15. The last edition (January 2015) of MAISON&OBJET welcomed 78,200 unique visitors, including 39,882 international visitors. MAISON & OBJET is now definitely taking its place as the global pole for home-fashion in Paris . Its long term strategy , based on a high quality offer, creativity , and the convergence of the arts of living , has anticipated everyones expectations, those of most demanding buyers looking for excellence and modernity. HEPC participated in Maison & Objet (September 2011edition) with 10 member exporters. This year, HEPC proposes participation in 100 sq.mtrs. with 10 member exporters under MDA scheme of the Department of Commerce.

PARTICIPATION FEE :

Participation fee for a ready built standard modular booth would be Rs.3,00,000/-

Booth size is fixed for all participants due to limited space availability.

Payment terms :

First Installment Rs.2,00,000/- along with application

Second Installment Rs.1,00,000/- on allotment of space and 14 days before event date.

GRANT ELGIBILITY

HEPC has proposed participation in this fair under MDA Scheme.As a privilege for handloom sector, member participants with annual export turnover of less than Rs.30 crore in the preceding year and having atleast a minimum of one year membership with the Council would be eligible for MDA grant of maximum Rs. 2,00,000/- (subject to a limit of 2 fairs in General Areas in a financial year).

This grant will be reimbursed to the participants on completion of the event and within 30 days from the date of submission of all required documents.

Interested members are requested to send their application along with Rs.2,00,000/- advance payment by D.D. / Multicity cheque in favour of Handloom Export Promotion Council, Chennai, along with application form (click http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Application-FORM-International-2015-16-.pdf for downloading form), so as to reach HEPC, Chennai on or before 10/7/2015.Payment can also be made by bank transfer to the following account of the Council
