Dear Members/RTEs,

Sub: Inviting application from member exporters for participation in WHOs NEXT Fair, Paris, France, during 2-5 Sept.2016 – Reg.

Council is participating in the summer edition of WHOs NEXT a fair for fashion and fashion accessories to be held in Paris, France, during 2-5 September 2016. In response to Councils earlier general circular dated 4.4.2016 inviting Expression of Interest for Fair participation during 2016-17, Council has already received immediate responses from members for participation in the fair and booking for participation with grant is already closed.

However, those who are interested to participate in the fair through Council without grant may send their application for participation subject to space confirmation by fair authority.

Participation Fee Details (Non Subsidized):
The participation charges for the upcoming September edition is fixed as per the details given below:
The Minimum booth size to be offered 9 sq.m. (and in multiples of 3 sq.m. thereafter)
Charge per sq.m. Rs.32,000/- ( non subsidized)
Corner booth will attract Rs.60,000/- extra charges (Subject to availability)

Payment details:
Interested member exporters are requested to send their participation fee @ Rs.32,000/- per sq.m. (Minimum booth size 9 sq.m.) along with application (click http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Application-FORM-International-2016-17-.pdf for downloading form), to the council on or before 30-05-2016.

Amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
