Sub: Inviting application from members for participation in Decorex, to be held at Johannesburg, South Africa, during 5-9 August 2016 – reg.

Rush your application to ensure your participation in this event!! Only limited booths available!!! The last date for the receipt of application has been extended upto 30th June 2016.
This is in continuation to our general circular dated 4th April 2016, seeking expression of interest for Councils calendar of events for the year 2016-17.
1.0 About Decorex exhibition:
Decorex Joburg the premier dcor, design and lifestyle portfolio in Africa. Started in 1994 as an unknown interior design and dcor exhibition in the South African market, Decorex SA has grown extensively to become a well-known pioneer brand in South Africas interior design landscape.

2.0 Stall details:
Minimum size of the standard booth is 9 sq.mtrs. Additional sq.mtrs. in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs. Each 9 sq. meter exhibit space includes the following as a package
3mm PST Laminate Panels.
3 spotlights and plug point (shared distribution board).
Carpeting.
Fascia name board.
Furniture is not included (to be ordered separately by participants on additional payment).

3.0 Participation fee details:

3.1 Payment details:

Interested member exporters of handloom products may send their total participation fee for the required space along with application (application downloadable from http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Application-FORM-International-2016-17-.pdf.) to the council on or before last date of receipt of application as stipulated in the circular. Payment has to be made through any one of the following mode of payment.

Option-1: Online payment through payment gateway

Click Payment-online payment in HEPC webpage ( http://homesite.hepcindia.com)

It will lead to State BanK Collect page.

Click check box at the bottom and proceed for payment and submit.

Select Payment Category as Fair Participation Fee.

It opens another page to fill the particulars in required filed.

Fill all mandatory fields and submit.

Follow the steps thereafter for payment.

Option-2: Payment through RTGS to the following account of the Council:

Option-3: Payment through Demand Draft/at par multicity cheque in favour of Handloom Export Promotion Council payable at Chennai, if online/RTGS payment is not feasible.

Amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance except cancellation of fair participation by HEPC.

3.2 Grant Eligibility:

HEPC has proposed participation in this fair under National Handloom Development Programme of Office of the Development Commissioner (Handlooms).

• Member participants are entitled for participation under subsidised category availing grant only upto a maximum of three participations in a particular trade fair.

• Participants with annual export turnover of less than Rs.30 crore in the preceding financial year (2015-16) and having minimum 12 months membership with the Council will be eligible for subsidized participation charges.
• Each participant company (for one person) will also be eligible for Travel grant reimbursement of Rs.50,000/- (Economy class) or actual travel cost, whichever is less.

• Participation in only one event in a calendar month is allowed.

4.0 Selection Criteria:

Application received without payment will be invalid. Selection of participants will be considered on First come First Serve basis. Priority will be given to India Handloom Brand Registered Holders.

5.0 Last date for receipt of application: 30/06/2016
