1.0 About Heimtextil-2017 :
Heimtextil is the biggest international trade fair for home and contract textiles and the global benchmark for quality design textiles of innovative functionality. Held early in the year, in January, Heimtextil is the annual starting point for manufacturers and trade visitors from all over the world and the foremost global-orientation event. Trade visitors from all continents attend Heimtextil to find new suppliers for all qualities and product groups. Pioneering innovations and the latest trends form the basis for new collections and changes in demand behavior. HEPC has been organizing participation in Heimtextil for more than 2 decades. Participation in Heimtextil 2017 is proposed by taking raw space directly from the fair authority and building the stands.

Kindly make sure that 70% of your product display in the booth should be according to the hall preference indicated by you.

Council is offering both raw space as well as standard constructed booth for participation in this event.

A�3.1 Payment details:

A�Interested member exporters of handloom products may send their initial participation fee of 50% of total participation fee for the required space along with application (application downloadable from http://homesite.hepcindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Application-FORM-International-2016-17-.pdf.) to the council on or before last date of receipt of application as stipulated in the circular. Payment has to be made through any one of the following mode of payment.

Click check box at the bottom and proceed for payment and submit.

Fill all mandatory fields and submit.

Follow the steps thereafter for payment.

Option-3: Payment through Demand Draft/at par multicity cheque in favour of Handloom Export Promotion Council payable at Chennai, if online/RTGS payment is not feasible.

Amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance except cancellation of fair participation by HEPC.

Application received without payment will be invalid. Allotment will be considered on First Come First Serve basis.

Please be noted that your application should have the following mandatory informations :

1. Area required in sq.mtrs.
2. Type of space (raw space / standard constructed booth)
3. Hall No.(6.3 / 10.3) as per your product profile

A�3.2 Grant Eligibility:

A�HEPC has proposed participation in this fair under MAI Scheme.

• Participation in only one event in a calendar month is allowed.
  • No other subsidy including travel grant is permissible.
  • No limitation in terms of export turnover.

• Member participants are entitled for participation under subsidised category availing grant only upto a maximum of three participations in a particular trade fair (including past cases).
• Maximum of two MAI events in a year is allowed for each member participant.

A� 4.0 Selection Criteria:

A�Selection of participants will be considered on First come First Serve basis. However, preference will be given to first time member participant of handloom products so that there will be at least a minimum of 33% (i.e.,Seventeen) first time member exhibitors in the event provided their applications are received on or before last date of receipt of application as stipulated in the circular.
