Sub : Inviting applications from member exporters- HEPCs participation in Hong Kong International Home Textiles & Furnishings fair, from 20th to 23rd April, 2015 Reg.

Hong Kong International Home Textiles & Furnishings fair- an ideal showcase for Home Textiles, is a spin-off event of the famous Hong Kong Houseware fair, the biggest event of its kind in Asia. Given the ongoing market demand of the home textile industry, the fair, as a professional trading platform, will feature a full range of home textiles (including bathroom, bedroom, baby, kitchen and dA�cor textiles), carpet & floor coverings, upholstery & wall coverings, and other home textile related product and services. This fair is rising consumer confidence brings renewed demand for good quality, fashionable lifestyle products. This fair is positioned as a sophisticated showcase for stylish, upmarket products of high quality. Located in one of the worlds great trading cities and at the heart of the vibrant Asian market, the fair provides suppliers of home textiles a specialized trade platform in the peak buying season to meet this demand.

During last year event, HEPC member participants stall were visited by the buyers from Sweden, Lithuania, China, Hongkong, Chile, East Europe, Japan, France, Slovania, Poland, Panama, Israel, Australia, USA, Taiwan, Latin America, South America.
This event is being organized with financial assistance under Market Access Initiative Scheme (MAI) of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi, with discount in participation fee for member exporters
Participation fee
Minimum size of standard booth is 9 sq.mtr.

2 Corner stand charges 10% extra
3 Additional space would be in multiples of 3sq.mtrs. @ 32,000/- per sq.mtr.

As in the past, HEPC will put-up the a�?Indian Handwovensa�? pavilion in prime location. Council is offering 9 sq.mtr or more area in multiples of 3 sq.mtrs. thereafter. Pre-equipped booth which includes partition panels, name board and facia, carpet, display shelves, curtain rods, lockable cabinet and pin boards.

Please note that members should have considerable turnover for the past 3 years. Those who have nil export turnover in the preceding years, will not be eligible for subsidized space rent under MAI scheme.
Payment Details

Interested Member exporters are requested to send Rs.1,00,000/- as advance with Application Form (as per Terms & conditions) ( click and download the international application and terms & conditions ( http://homesite.hepcindia.com/forms.php) duly signed along withA� D.D./Multi-city cheque for the requisite amount favoring a�?Handloom Export Promotion Councila�?, payable at Chennai, on or before 30-01-2015.
GrantA� : Since, the participation fee is already subsidized, no further grant what so ever will be given.

  2. Duly filled in, signed terms & conditions and completed application form with participation fee will only be considered for fair participation.
  3. Participation fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.A�

Please be noted that your application should indicate the space requirement in sq.mtrs. and special requirement (corner / non-corner) if any. Space requirement once mentioned is treated as final and no change will be entertained hereafter.
