Dear Member Exporters,

Sub : Inviting Expression of Interest for Fair Participation during 2015-16 reg

This is to inform member exporters that Council has shortlisted the participation in following International Trade Fairs during 2015-16. In a bid to help the member exporters to plan their Annual marketing activities ahead and to have an early confirmation of space with fair authorities by HEPC , Council invites Expression of Interest for participation from members in following events during 2015-16 .

Please note that your early confirmation will facilitate Council in getting a better location with fair authority

Fairs listed in Sl. No.1,3,8 &11- are already approved . Approvals for all other remaining fairs are awaited

Terms and Condition :

  • Application has to be submitted in prescribed format ( Expression of Interest Form for fair participation ) downloadable from Councils website ( http://homesite.hepcindia.com/forms.php )

  • Each application has to be submitted along with a non refundable deposit of Rs.25000/- which can be adjusted against further payment of participation charges towards participation in the event.

  • A Separate application has to be submitted along with payment for each fair participation

  • Actual participation fee with the subsidy will be worked out and intimated on receipt of approval from the Ministry.

  • Application will be considered on First Come First Serve basis

  • Refund will be considered only in case of non-allotment of space to the applicant by HEPC or non-participation in the event by HEPC
