Sub : Issuance of Certificate of Origin by Textiles Committee under various Trade Agreements – reg.

Textiles Committee has been issuing Certificate of Origin (Form A) under GSP Scheme for various countries and Certificate or Origin under Indo-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IJCEPA). Now, DGFT vide Public Notice No.67/2015-2020 dt.30.03.2016 has authorised Textiles Committee to issue Certificate of Origin under various trade agreements which covers the merchandise of textiles & textile articles.
Accordingly, Textiles Committee has started issuing Certificate of Origin under various trade agreements through its head office and 29 regional offices located at major textile centers across the country.
Trade Notice no BIL/1/16-EPQA dt.13.07.2016 on issuance of Certificate of Origin released by Textiles Committee is attached herewith to enable member exporters to avail the services.
