Sub: List of fairs to be participated through MAI during 2016-17 Reg.

The following events have been approved for organizing event participation for members under MAI scheme for the year 2016-17 :

1	India Home Furnishing Fair, Japan	20^th to 22^nd July 2016
2	Heimtextil 2017, Germany	10^th to 13^th Jan 2017

Criteria for selection :

1. Council will issue circular to all members by email and the same will; also be posted on HEPC website inviting application for participation in the event.
2. Selection of the participants will be on first come first serve basis
3. Maximum of three participations in a particulars trade fair / exhibition would only be eligible for MAI assistance
4. MAI assistance will be provided to a member for a maximum of two MAI events in a year
Important Dates :

	India Home Furnishing fair, 20^th to 22^nd July 2016	Heimtextil, 10^th to 13^th Jan 2017
Tentative circular issue date	3^rd week of March 2016	4^th week of April 2016
Last date for submission of application and payment	One month from the date of issue of circular	One month from the date of issue of circular
Stall allotment date	Around 1^st week of June2016	Around 1^st week of September 2016
