Sub : Mega Textile fair in October 2016 at India Expo Mart Reg

Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, proposes to organise a MEGA TEXTILE FAIR in the first week of October 2016 (3 days) at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. This event has been conceptualized by the Ministry of Textiles for the benefit of various stakeholders of Textile industry.
The highlights of the event are given below :
This fair would be a B2B with participation of renowed international buyers in the event and the event is organised to project India as a major hub of sourcing.
All Textile Export Promotion Councils along with their member exporters are participating in this event .
Nearly 2000 exhibitors from all over India covering entire gamut of textiles (fibre to fashion) are likely to participate in the event.
Apart from Indian exhibitors, participants from foreign countries will also be invited to showcase their products in the fair.
As the event participation is undertaken by members of all EPCs and buyers for all products will be visiting the event, HEPC proposes to participate in this event along with its member exporters. The participation fee and date of the event will be intimated shortly. As this event is being organised for the first time by the Minsitry for all textile products, member exporters are requested to participate in this mega event to showcase the versatality of India handwoven textiles and get opportunity to meet buyers of all textile products.
Interested member exporters are requested to indicate their willingness to participate in this event by return E-mail on or before 18th April 2016, so as to apprise the Ministry accordingly.
