Sub : Non Tariff Measures (SPS & TBT) issue being faced by our exporters to be
raised in the forthcoming WTO SPS/TBT committee meetings.

Council has received letter from Ministry of Commerce & Industry asking for non tariff measures relating to SPS/TBT which are affecting bilateral trade which could be taken up in the upcoming WTO TVT/SPS committee meeting. Hence, member exporters are requested to kindly send us non tariff issues / issues that could be raised as Specific Trade Concerns (STCs) on or before 22.05.2015 for onward transmission to Ministry.
