Dear Members/ RTEs,

Sub Inviting application for participation in 5^th edition of India International Hand-woven Fair at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, Tamilnadu, from 11-13^th March 2015 Reg.

This is in continuation to our earlier circulars inviting participation from member exporters in 5^th edition of India International Hand-woven Fair, at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, Tamilnadu, from 11-13^th March2015.

In this regard, we hereby inform that, as on date Council has already shortlisted applications of about 120 buyers from nearly 30 countries and is in the process of receiving their itinerary . Among these registrations, USA tops the list with 29 applicants followed by Australia ( 14 applicants ) , Japan ( 12 Nos ) , Slovakia ( 7 Nos ) , France ( 6 Nos ) , Germany (6 Nos ) , Denmark , Spain & U.K ( each 3 nos ) . Further registrations from overseas buyers are still in progress.

As emphasized in our various meetings/ seminars, we would like to have similar enthusiastic participation from our member exporters so as to make the event successful. In this regard, we have deputed the following officials who are currently available in Karur to facilitate members towards submission of application for participation .
